Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Preheat oven to 350 F/180 C. Lightly grease 8x8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup and the Dijon mustard. Pour over the salmon in the prepared dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cooked through. Cooking time will depend on thickness of the salmon. Remove skin from cooked salmon.
- Warm the dinner rolls.
- Prepare salad or veggies.
- Serve Maple Dijon Salmon with side of dinner rolls and salad or veggies.

- Cut salmon into 8 portions, if necessary.
- Whisk together 8 Tbsp maple syrup and 8 Tbsp Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
To each gallon-size plastic freezer baggie, add the following ingredients:
- 4 portions of salmon
- Salt and pepper
- Maple-Dijon sauce
Remove as much air as possible and seal. Add label to baggie and freeze.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight, or a warm bowl of water for about 20 minutes, before transferring to the baking dish and baking as directed.
